Car stopped for security check means ppl should display Id card 2 enter the campus. Today I forgot my ID Card
Security who was In-charge of the main gate 2day is a intresting Guy he always say Namaste to indian's
Here the Conversation Sarts...
Security : Namaste
Me : I heard like Nascar.....but he said Namaste with a welcome sign in Hand. So I said Namaste
I forgot my ID Card.
Security: Say wat??
Me: ID Card...!!!....oh Badge...I forgot my badge.
Security : Maintained silence 4 a nano second. and Enquired my friend whether he knows me are not.
My friend: Yeah!
ME : Oke I will get Visitor pass and enter the building.
Security: Say again??
ME: Visitor Pass...
Security: You are telling something but I am not getting you anyway carry on.
Whats the problem here does this means that I am bad english....no......the concept of Pick & Plug troubles me.
We are brought up and educated with habit of explaning the whole senario as story..........but that won't work at many places here.
here the concept is Pick & Plug................Pick the correct version of the Word and Plug it in the right place.
Like............
Id Card -> Badge
Bill(the one u get after a purchase in shop) -> Receipt
Up to 3 months babby (Kid) -> Infant.
Till I reach this place If someone tell's me the word, Badge. What I will recognize is the metal badge which we used in our school days. Not the itegrated door access ID Card....Sorry...badge.
But today till I get the Visitor Pass from the reception I didn't understand what mistake I made for the Securtity to have tuff time to understand me.
Visitor Pass -> Temporary Badge.
Now I Picked Temporary Badge I will Plug it at the right time ->:~) Pick & Plug
